ARREST ORDERS ISSUED VS ROMUALDEZ, ZALDY CO, OTHERS IN ₱7.4-B PLUNDER CASE The Sandiganbayan Third Division has ordered the arrest of former House Speaker Martin Romualdez, former Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co, and their co-accused over the alleged ₱7.4-billion flood-control kickback scheme.
