SM Manila, City of Manila April 16, 2026 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the rollout of the Biyayang Bigas para sa Maynila program at SM Manila in the City of Manila on April 16, 2026. Funded by the Office of the President (OP) through the Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (FALGU) totaling Php286 million, the program provides rice subsidies to workers and vulnerable families in the City of Manila, delivering immediate food relief to approximately 80,000 families and supporting transport and service sector workers for six (6) months.
