Family leaves 21 year home after court rulling | Mindanao Gold Star

WATCH: After 21 years in their home, farmer Josepos Balinkit of Barangay 7, Upper Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City, voluntarily demolished the house where his family had lived after a court ruling favored the property claimants. Balinkit said he respects the court’s decision and chose to leave the property peacefully, acknowledging that the lot is not owned by his family.
