WATCH: The Cebu Provincial Government has rebranded its annual religious and cultural festival to "Halad sa Pagtuo," provincial tourism head Rowena Montecillo said.
The event, set on August 29, 2026, will include a parade of carrozas featuring each town's patron saint and the showcase of local festivals from Carmen, Dumanjug, Borbon, Argao, Toledo, Naga, and Carcar. Full story to follow. CDNDigital
