Osmeña Peak in Cebu has to be one of the most incredible viewpoints in the Philippines. 🇵🇭 Surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks, rolling green hills and misty scenery, this famous spot in Dalaguete shows a completely different side of Cebu beyond the beaches.
