ICC prosecution discloses 2,279 incriminating evidence items to Duterte defense

The International Criminal Court, or ICC, prosecutors have 2,200 items which they described as incriminating evidence against former President Rodrigo Duterte. Those items are part of the more than 6,000 pieces of evidence that the prosecution disclosed to the defense team. The incriminating materials cover the period encompassing Duterte's tenure as mayor of Davao City and his presidency. The evidence is tied to killings linked to anti-drug operations, the targeting of alleged high-value individuals, and activities attributed by prosecutors to the Davao Death Squad.
