Raymund Dante Lachica. Acosta made the statement as the prosecution questioned her about the handling and disbursement of the OVP’s confidential funds. She had previously given a similar account during a 2024 House of Representatives hearing, saying Duterte directed her to turn over the funds to Lachica because he knew how to implement the confidential activities.
