Malacañang slams Pulong Duterte Malacañang on Monday questioned the loyalty of Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte to the country after he slammed Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro's statement on local officials. Duterte accused Teodoro of "demonizing China" after the defense chief said government officials who side with Beijing on the West Philippine Sea issue should consider resigning.
