MAYNILA NAGSAMPA NG KASONG KRIMINAL LABAN SA JELSIE CONSTRUCTION DAHIL SA ILEGAL NA PAGGIBA NG RASAC

Patong-patong na kasong kriminal ang isinampa ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Maynila sa Prosecutors Office laban sa Jelsie Construction and Supply, ang contractor na nasa likod ng paggiba sa RASAC covered court. Kabilang sa mga isinampa ay Malicious Mischief sa ilalim ng Article 38 ng Revised Penal Code, Unlawful demolition and Construction without necessary permitn na paglabag sa National Building Code of the Philippines, at Unauthorized taking of government facility na paglabag sa RA 10344 (Risk Reduction and Preparedness Equipment Protection Act. Kabilang sa mga naghain ng reklamo on behalf of the city government ay sina City General Sevices Officer Thelma Perez, MCDRRMO Director Arnel Eustacio Angeles, City Engineer Armando L. Andres at Juanito Cunanan, Chief Enforcement Division of the Office of the Building Official. Nabatid na ang proyektong "Sentro Komunidad de Santa Cruz" ay nagkakahalagang 145.5 milyon.
