MOA Signing Ceremony between St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) –Global City and PhilHealth

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. witnesses the signing of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) between St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) – Global City and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) during his visit to the hospital in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City on August 25, 2026. Supported by the Department of Health (DOH), the MOA is titled 'Strengthening Partnership for the Implementation of Benefit Packages and Policies'. Joining the President are DOH Acting Secretary Edwin Mercado, PhilHealth President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Beverly Lorraine Ho, and St. Luke’s Medical Center–Global City President and CEO Dr. Dennis Serrano. Following the signing ceremony, President Marcos Jr. will proceed to the ward rooms on the 6th floor, where he will be briefed on the implementation of the 'No Co-Payment Policy' for PhilHealth members admitted to basic or ward accommodations.
