EDSA Shangri-La, Mandaluyong City October 6, 2025 As part of a broader development forum focused on outlining strategic priorities for national growth and social progress, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the Philippine Development Forum (PDF) 2025 at the EDSA Shangri-La in Mandaluyong City on October 6, 2025. Spearheaded by the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev), the PDF 2025 serves as a platform for dialogue between the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and its development partners. With the theme, ‘Bringing Together Progress for All: Services that Matter, Results that Last,’ the Forum aims to promote collaboration on policy and financing priorities, guided by the outcomes of key high-level policy reviews in 2025. These include the midterm update of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028, the Official Development Assistance Portfolio Review, and the Fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Marcos Jr. The PDF 2025 also provides a platform to tackle urgent development challenges and emerging opportunities. Through these discussions, the Forum aims to ensure that the priorities, policies and programs of both the Philippine Government and its development partners remain responsive, well-aligned and effective across all sectors.
