Martin Romualdez and Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Tuesday (October 14) appeared before the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) upon the commission's invitation. Meanwhile, former Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Zaldy Co was no-show in the said hearing. He was subpoenaed by the ICI, together with Romualdez, to attend its October 14 hearing last Friday (October 8).
