SOLVING CEBU’S DECADES-LONG FLOOD WOES President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. orders the Department of Public Works and Highways to accelerate solutions to Cebu City’s long-standing #flooding problem, including new pumping stations, floodgates and diversion channels.
