This video entitled Visita Iglesia 2026 features the 12 historic churches that we've visited in Manila Philippines on Holy Friday. Visita Iglesia is a traditional filipino custom to visit 7 or more churches during holy week to commemorate the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We visited the churches to honor, to pay our respect, and thank our almighty God for his great sacrifice for all of us. For saving us, and for his mercy & grace for all of us. The churches that we have visited are mostly old historical churches in the Philippines. One of which is San Agustin church which is the oldest stone church in the Philippines and is regarded as a UNESCO world heritage site. The 12 churches are: 1. San Agustin Church 2. St. Anthony of Padua Shrine 3. Our Lady of Loreto Church 4. National Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus 5. National Shrine of St. Michael 6. Benedictine Abbey of our Lady of Montserrat 7.
