VP spokesman describes alleged Sara-Marcos dialogue as ‘fake news’

Vice President Sara Duterte’s defense spokesman denies that Duterte and President Marcos had engaged in a dialogue. Spokesman Michael Poa described the rumored meeting as “fake news.” He said the alleged conversation did not happen. Malacañang earlier said it could not confirm reports that Duterte had requested a private meeting with Marcos. The Palace had stressed that the President remained open to dialogue with anyone.
